Why are your prices so low? We buy direct from the factory, we don’t have a fancy showroom, we don’t have high pressure commission sales people, most customers pick up etc…
Do your mattresses come with a warranty? Yes, we buy from the same factories as the other companies do, the same warranties come with the mattresses we sell.
Do you offer delivery? We prefer that you pick up your new mattress. We do have paid delivery options available. Best bet is to pick it up and save. Most people have a friend or SUV and they tie it on top or put in their friends pickup truck. EVERY company that offers “free delivery” just builds it into the price. So even if you pick up from them you are still paying for delivery! With us, if you pick it up, you save. 90% of our customers pick it up. It’s that simple.
Why do you only meet my by appointment? Paying a sales person to sit in the store for 10-12 hours each day is expensive. We would rather show you the mattresses and let you lay on them to test them out when you are ready to do that. You can text or call to make an appointment. We will meet you there, you can test drive all of the mattresses and pick the one that fits what you are looking for at a better price because we don’t have a high pressure sales person sitting there for hours on end.
Do you carry name brand mattresses? Yes we do. We carry the same types of product that the other companies do but our prices are lower. Our prices are lower because our business model is different. We buy truckloads of BRAND NEW mattresses and sell them directly to you. Our competition has to charge more because they pay more for a large showroom, they do a ton of advertising, they include “free delivery”, they pay a full time staff to sit there etc…we don’t do any of those things, so our prices are lower. It’s really that simple.
